Developed by Mr. Richard Siegel, our cut-in rings offer multiple use of a single sealing ring for cable glands and bushings.

Only one ring needs to be produced, which can be cost-effectively provided with additional diameters for cutting out – compared to the more expensive alternative of producing each diameter range individually.

Our cut-in rings are characterized by a special process that ensures flexible sealing.

Whether you are looking for standard PG or metric sizes or customized solutions, we have the right cut rings for your requirements.

Whether with or without an internal diameter, we have various processing options available.

From small dimensions to large dimensions of approx. 200 mm outside diameter, we process sealing rings, hose rings and also shaped articles with different diameters for easy cutting out with a knife or by hand.

Made of various qualities and colors, such as NR/SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, CR/NBR, etc., as well as silicone and Viton.

Also available with color marking on the outer diameter according to your requirements.

Thanks to their versatility, our universal sealing rings are suitable for a wide range of applications in various industries.

Material

Various elastomers such as nitrile rubber (NBR), chloroprene (CR), ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) or fluororubber (FKM) and silicone for reliable sealing for a wide range of requirements.

Colored versions are also available - marked with identification stripes on request.
