We manufacture according to drawings or samples or work with you to find the right design for your needs.

Made of elastomers, foam rubber, cellular rubber, silicone, Viton and various plastics in accordance with different standards and approvals – also self-adhesive on one side to aid assembly or with fabric inserts.

These materials offer different properties such as resistance to chemicals, temperatures and weathering in order to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.

Material

The materials processed include NK, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, H-NBR, PUR... foamed materials such as cellular rubber (closed-cell) and sponge rubber (open-pore), silicone and Viton FPM/FKM, various foams and plastics.

Temperature resistance

Resistant in a wide temperature range from -60°C to > +200°C for use in various environments, countries and applications.

Standards and approvals

On request, the seals can also be produced in accordance with various approvals, e.g:

- UL94 V0- V1- V2 (regulation for the classification of flammability)
- KTW, EN16421- formerly W270 (drinking water)
- DVGW (gas/water)
- FDA, BfR (food)

Tool costs

Depending on dimensions and geometry, manufactured from low-cost steel strip cuts to keep costs to a minimum

Fabric inserts

On request, also available with one or more fabric inserts to increase the stability and compressive strength of the flat seals

Self-adhesive film

Also self-adhesive on one side for better mounting assistance, equipped with a cover paper for quick mounting or a punched tab for easy removal of the film

Packaging and delivery form

Depending on their geometry and properties, the flat gaskets can also be supplied neatly stacked in a cardboard box. Also with cardboard layers to prevent slipping during transportation
