Individual diameters and materials

Whether for sealing a screw as a rubber washer or for versatile applications in connection technology or the sanitary industry, for example, we can supply and produce stamped sealing rings in various inner and outer diameters and material thicknesses.

In some cases, these can be produced from existing stamping dies without additional tooling costs.

Made from various elastomers and with approvals such as in the drinking water sector in accordance with KTW and EN16421 (formerly W270).

Stamped sealing washers are a cost-effective and reliable sealing solution for a wide range of applications.

Material

The materials processed include NK, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, H-NBR, PUR... foamed materials such as cellular rubber (closed-cell) and sponge rubber (open-pore), silicone and Viton.

Diameter

Can be manufactured in a wide variety of inside and outside diameters, partly from existing punching tools or with low tool costs according to your wishes and specifications

Fabric inserts

On request also with one or more fabric inserts to increase the stability and pressure resistance of the sealing rings

Self-adhesive film

Also self-adhesive on one side for better mounting assistance, equipped with a cover paper for quick mounting or a punched tab for easy removal of the film
