Conventional sealing rings are usually stamped or extruded with the corresponding production-related tolerances, e.g. according to DIN46320 or DIN3302.
The advantage of molded sealing rings is that tighter tolerances are possible, although molding costs are usually incurred.
On request, these molded rings can be produced with rounded edges, gradations and various contours.
We can supply these articles with your logo, an article number, the date of manufacture or your freely selectable texts by engraving the mold cavities accordingly.
They can be manufactured from elastomers such as NR/SBR, NBR, EPDM and CR as well as TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) in various colors and approvals.
