The flaps prevent the “fluttering” in the interior that every car driver is familiar with when a window is opened on one side while driving.
With punching tools from our own design department, we are able to manufacture thin valve flaps, starting with a material thickness of 0.3 mm.
Special types of packaging are available, e.g. to enable automated assembly.
The material is available according to various automotive standards, e.g. VW, BMW, Daimler, etc.
