Product Specifications

Efficient production

Simple contours are realized with inexpensive steel strip cuts in order to keep tool costs to a minimum. More complex geometries with multi-part solid tools.

The tool design is optimized so that material waste is kept to a minimum.

Variety of materials

The materials processed include NK, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, H-NBR, PUR... foamed materials such as cellular rubber (closed-cell) and sponge rubber (open-pore), silicone and Viton FPM/FKM, various foams and plastics.

Material thicknesses

Material thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 5 mm in the punching area. Thicker materials can also be water jet-cut on request due to the concavity during punching.

Sheet material made of elastomers, cellular rubber, sponge rubber, silicone and Viton up to approx. 50 mm thick.

Standards and approvals

On request, the seals (stamped parts, sealing rings and molded articles) can also be produced according to various approvals, e.g:

- UL94 V0- V1- V2 (regulation for the classification of flammability)
- KTW, EN16421- formerly W270 (drinking water)
- DVGW (gas/water)
- FDA, BfR (food)

Self-adhesive films and fabric inserts

Punched from sheet material / roll material - also self-adhesive on one side to aid assembly and with fabric inserts to reinforce the material, e.g. for high pressure loads.

Delivery times

Common qualities and thicknesses are available directly from stock.

Punching tools in approx. 2 weeks, depending on cost and contours.

In the event of bottlenecks or urgent requirements, we are able to produce promptly in our punching shop, provided the appropriate material is available from stock or can be delivered quickly.

Flat seals

Our flat gaskets are tailor-made for a wide range of applications and sectors, from the electrical industry and automotive industry to mechanical engineering and sanitary technology. With an extensive selection of elastomer materials, we offer solutions that meet the highest demands for tightness, flexibility and durability.

As the name suggests, these gaskets are generally used to seal two flanges to ensure a durable and secure seal.

Terminal box seal

Punched gaskets for sealing terminal boxes, housings and electrical assemblies.
