O-rings are an indispensable component in many technical applications, whether in the electrical industry, connectors, cable glands, the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, fastening technology, medical technology or food production. We offer a wide range of different O-rings that have been developed to ensure reliable sealing in various environments.

Our O-rings are characterized by their precise manufacturing tolerances, durable materials and consistent quality. They provide an effective seal against liquids, gases and other media.

The name “O-ring” is derived from the round cross-section of the cord. We manufacture them endlessly from molds – even large dimensions are produced in this way. This means that there is no unclean butt vulcanization or even gluing.

The dimensional designation is made up of the inside diameter (d1) x the cord thickness (d2).

Our production and stock program includes very small dimensions of approx. 0.6 x 0.5 mm up to large rings with an inner diameter of approx. 1,000 mm and a cord thickness of up to 60 mm diameter.

We have no restrictions in terms of dimensions, you get:

Materials

Manufactured from a variety of elastomers such as nitrile rubber (NBR) for contact with oil, ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) for outdoor use, chloroprene (CR) in self-extinguishing design, silicone (MVQ, FVMQ, LSR), Viton (FPM, FKM, FFKM) in high temperature ranges, TPE and others.

Temperature resistance

Available in a wide temperature range to ensure a reliable seal in environments with varying temperatures, from extreme heat to cold conditions.

Dimensions - Diameter

Available in various inner diameters and cord thicknesses to ensure a precise fit for different applications and components.

Custom sizes also possible.

Chemical resistance

Resistant to various chemicals, acids, alkalis, oils, fuels and other media to ensure a long service life and effective sealing in various applications.

Coatings

Subsequent coatings are possible, e.g. to increase the sliding properties or as an installation aid.

These include molycoating, graphitization, talcum coating, silicone and Teflon coatings or your specifications.
